(Article 107 to 111)
Under the provision of the Constitution of India, The Parliament of
India has the power of frame the Law for the whole of India. There is a
bi-cameral legislature in the Indian Parliament. It consists of two houses one
is Lok Sabha (House of the People) another is Rajya Sabha (Council of the
State) and President of India. These steps follow by the parliament of India ……..
Step 01: First of all any house (Lok Sabha) make the bill and
passed it with 2/3 majority, after that
Step 02: Send to another House (Rajya Sabha). And after that,
Step 03: Another House (Rajya Sabha) will be passed the bill
with 2/3 majority. Than,
Step 04: Send to President of India and as soon as President approved
and make signature on that bill. Than,
That bill changed into Act /Law and enforced in whole
of India.
